This place has really gone down hill with the new practice that’s taken over. I’ve visited once since the transition for a small procedure and a follow up, and was charged an ridiculous amount I have never been charged before, by Dr.Lesser or anyone else, even minus new patient fees, which we were not warned of (not sure why there would be new patient fees since records & info were passed over). The Howell Foot & Ankle Specialists used to be so good under Dr. Richard Lesser. He retired & it went down hill. But what really did it for me was how they treated my 89yo father. He had an appointment scheduled for 3 whole months. So we go in for the appointment & the receptionist (who was never the most professional or nice person), tells me oh, we don't take his insurance anymore (as nonchalant as could be).
