Nichole was very attentive and helpful during planning. The memorial went just as we'd hoped.
I drove over an hr to come see my mom after she passed away at Howell Edward's funeral home. Sign says open mon-sat 8:30 to 5pm. Sundays by appt only. Got here around 8:15am. Called a number for 24hr service. My wife called, told my wife trying to get someone here. So waited now 8:40am, called again, now not open on weekends when clearly the sign for business ours of operation says open Mon-Sat 8:30-5pm. The lady was rude unprofessional on other end. Not right keeping me from saying my goodbyes to my mom that just passed awa... read more
