I called multiple times a day with no call back and no idea what was going on with my brother. We ended up switching to keizer funeral chapel and they showed love.
While making arrangements for my grandmother, my family and I found Andrew's communication to be hurried and lacking in detail regarding service pricing. This left us feeling pressured, and his apparent lack of empathy was concerning. The email correspondence with him was often unclear, with some of our specific questions going unanswered.
