Bought a kawasaki ninja 500 SE. Bike was 6399 and paid 7900 OTD. First transaction was fine. Second time I came in, owner said he'd service my bike for 258. When I went in to pick it up I ended up getting charged 336. I signed an agreement to pay 258 not 336. Despite that, he still charged me over. He never said anything about an upcharge for "Parts". I’d never been in the shop before. They have lots of stuff. Went in to buy a bike pump for my bicycle. Got a bike pump. Bro in sales or customer service or whatever must’ve been bored because he kept acting like I’d never seen a bike pump before let alone use one let alone have any knowledge of what a presta valve is. It was frustrating. But I got a decent bike pump for an affordable price so mission accomplished I guess.
Went in just to look at getting a dirt bike. Jim was amazing. He listened, gave good advice, we had personal space to look around and he was always available to help when needed. Great experience overall.
We had a great experience with Jim at Howell power sports. He was very helpful and not pushy to make a sale. Ty highly recommend !
