Stopped in to pick up some cleaner for my buggy today. Jim was very helpful and was able to get me squared away in just a matter of a few minutes. I Highly recommend anybody give this place a chance.

Great service, all hands on deck as my son's and I were wanting a couple of dirt bikes. We were tight on time and leaving a dealership in newhudson where we didn't feel comfortable with the sales pressure. We called Howell Powersports and spoke with Jim he shared otd price and we made a deal. We literally pulled up his guys had the bikes ready to go. Loaded the bikes for us sat down signed paperwork and away we went. Great selection and so very knowledgeable. This is my families new goto dealership.
Went to look at a bike here today and possibly finance one did the math on the website and said I could do it for what I wanted but when I got there the main guy I think his names Justin basically called me and my buddy stupid for trying to finance the bike we wanted and before we left he asked what ccs were we looking for we wanted 150ccs and Justin fat shamed us saying I need something bigger cause you are in the 300lbs club. Absolutely terrible customer service
Manager there is super disrespectful, I can see why there is a 2.7 average review. DO NOT GO HERE. Go anywhere else they will treat you right not this place.
