I've been here many times over the years. I've only ever bought service parts/maintenance items. I belive it was the owners wife I dealt with in the beginning. She was excellent, very helpful, went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It's not the same anymore. Most recently I inquired about a couple parts and was told they don't have and can't get them, too old of a machine. So the kawasaki dealership can't get me kawasaki parts but you know who did? Bought a Kawasaki UTV from Howell Power Sports 1 week ago and the owner assured me that he would stand behind the warranty but it just would not start he refused to repair it now and was very rude about even getting back with me after spending thousands of dollars. Do not buy anything from this dealer
Was pretty impressed with the owner of the shop two months ago when I met him and he spent time with me. I live out of Jackson and he’s in Howell Michigan. I had an excellent experience working with Jim when I purchased my first bike from here. I am a complete beginner motorcycle rider and he explained every detail that I asked about before I purchased my first bike. He helped me pick out proper safety gear, and made the process of buying my first bike as smooth and easy as possible.
