Literally was going to drop $1500 cash this morning on a used ATV they listed on marketplace. Here is a photo of their customer service skills. I went against my better judgement and stopped in still because it’s my son’s 6th birthday and that’s why I was trying to buy it. Exceptional customer service! I was greeted as soon as i walked in, Jim helped answer ALL of my questions. He was honest and transparent! I will 1,000% be going to their store for anything I'll need for my toys!
Stopped in to pick up some cleaner for my buggy today. Jim was very helpful and was able to get me squared away in just a matter of a few minutes. I Highly recommend anybody give this place a chance.

Great service, all hands on deck as my son's and I were wanting a couple of dirt bikes. We were tight on time and leaving a dealership in newhudson where we didn't feel comfortable with the sales pressure. We called Howell Powersports and spoke with Jim he shared otd price and we made a deal. We literally pulled up his guys had the bikes ready to go. Loaded the bikes for us sat down signed paperwork and away we went. Great selection and so very knowledgeable. This is my families new goto dealership.
