I called Howell Motorsports about a 2019 Regency 250 DL3 listed for sale with a 250 HP engine and spoke with Jim. I was calm and simply trying to ask reasonable questions about the boat’s condition, maintenance history, and engine health because I was seriously interested in the listing. This establishment has a lot of fun toys to choose from. I was “hooked” on a particular WAY-fancy golf cart and as usual, retail therapy was going to put me in debt further. I put money down with a credit card and realized after the fact, the deposit was “100% non refundable” on the receipt even though my conscious got the better of me within a couple hours.
