This review relates to our most recent experience with Howell Chase. We have used them for years for our primary residence and maintenance of our rental properties with good to excellent results. For our most recent maintenance job on our primary residence, we were told that the reason our upstairs air conditioning system was not working was that the evaporator coil Was dead and needed to be replaced.
