I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent service call from your company. Your technician spent over an hour examining my A/C unit, for which I was charged $149, but concluded only that the compressor was bad and that I needed a completely new system, priced at nearly $12,000. My A/C unit is only seven years old and in no way antiquated. A thorough diagnostic should have been performed before recommending a full replacement. Blake was awesome as he came out to inspect an issue we thought we were having. He was very honest and let us know that we did not have issue and did not try to get us to buy into a service we did not need.
