These guys are awesome! Lisander was the technician. He was such a great guy. He did exactly what we needed, and he even warned us about another issue that might come up in the future. He wasn’t pushing us to fix it right away, though. He really took his time and made sure everything was done right. We’re going to schedule the other repairs at a different time, but we’re hoping to get Lisander back out to fix them. Thanks so much for a great job!
Sage and Hector responded timely to an AC malfunction at a property I was renting. They were professional, friendly and immediately identified and fixed the problem with my AC unit.
I just wanted to leave a 5 review for the tech (William Johnson) and company!! The company went out of the way to get a tech to us when our AC was out (DURING THE HEAT WAVE) and I know they were slammed (10 hr days), even though we were scheduled for regular maintenance service the following day. The star of the show was William! He efficiently diagnosed the system and detected the issue. William repaired the broken part and we were able to have our AC working promptly.
