After over a month of begging no one has come out to look at my dishwasher that is not turning on. I left the previous review because I was asked to obviously. The update is: I’ve been here since June 2024 my rent has been increased three times since moving in. I had to pay for my own pest control because what they claim to offer is just a guy walking in the unit for less than 30 seconds and leaving w/o checking or spraying anything. Terrence is consistently reliable and professional. Whenever something needs to be fixed in the apartment, he arrives on time and takes care of it efficiently. He’s always respectful, friendly, and brings a positive attitude. I truly appreciate his dedication and the quality of his work!
This place is beautiful I applied and I am pre approved I’ve been trying to call to communicate with someone, but no one seems to answer the phone, I also stopped by to ask but the office is always closed. Does anyone know where or how to get in touch with someone?? I have left multiple messages VM and through the website but there is no response. Thank you
Terrence is amazing! Anytime there’s an issue in the apartment, he responds fast and takes care of it right away. He’s always in a good mood, super helpful, and easy to talk to. You can tell he really cares about keeping everything running smoothly.
