Excellent OB-GYN Dr. Howell is thorough, compassionate and gentle. She took great care of me and my son both before and after the birth. She listens to her patients and cares for them with complete professionalism and concern. Her office staff is also friendly and warm and very competent. Finding a great office staff along with a great Doctor is truly amazing.
Bad experience with delivery I had a bad experience with Dr. Howell for my son's delivery. I was pushing for almost 3 hours before she arrived at the hospital. They let me push for 1.5 more before they decided to do a C-section, which went terribly because it turned out that my son was transverse. I don't want to blame Dr. Howell for my experience, but I felt as though she did not explain the possibility of a C/S to me or support me while I was in labor or recovering afterwards.
