Management is super unorganized gives their techs, No paperwork to do the jobs waiting around looking for tools waiting around looking for what stuff to use not giving anybody the right equipment to use management tells their employees to not change valve stems when they do new tires owner has beer sitting in the fridge and does drink during business hours noticed empty beer cans by fridge noticed beer cans where disappearing out of the box every day not a good place to work avoid it all costs! I have a 2015 Ford F-350 Powerstroke Diesel that was having electrical issues. Howell Auto Center quickly identified the problem and got it fixed. A repair like this would have cost thousands at a Ford dealership. I take both of my vehicles to Howell Auto, and from now on, all my repairs will be done there. Highly recommended!
