Me personally, best shop in Livingston County. Thanks guys!
Called yesterday about my daughter’s car which had a nail in a tire they got her in the next morning and had her back on the road quickly and were very fair with the bill. Another shop (nationwide chain) told her she needed 4 new tires because it was not fixable. So today she saved almost 600 dollars because Howell auto care took care of her instead of taking advantage of her situation. Thanks again from a dad 3.5 hours away.
Been here before (2023 maybe) and didn’t have an issue. Brought my car into the shop in June and had them take a look at my AC that stopped working. Came out with a huge bill (and an unknown attitude when I asked questions) and knew I needed a 2nd opinion. New shop took a UV light and could tell that Howell Auto Center didn’t test for leaks. So what did they test for?!?
