Can't say enough about Dr. Renton! LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Renton! I have been with Howell Animal Hospital only 2 years. In this two years Dr. Renton has gone above and beyond the call of duty. I can't say enough about him. He treats my six horses and has never let me down. Takes all my calls and has never ever left me hanging.
Great emergency service Called after hours on Friday - horse stepped on something and had a chunk of hoof hanging off and bleeding. My message was returned immediately and she got to our place in short order, performed surgery on her food deftly and placed in a good cast. No mention of how we're going to pay. Also skilled dentistry on an non-emergency basis.
regular customer of four years today i was refused treatment for my dog because i called ahead to ask if i could pay part of the amount now and the rest on time. elaine said "in this economy...weve been burned before", she said to try the humane society... i have been going to this office for four years and have always paid in full at the time of the visit. when times get tough you will have to go somewhere else to get your pet treated
Friendly staff Had my cat treated here and the staff was very friendly and treated my cat gently. The staff is very thorough and the prices are very reasonable. I will be taking my pets here for all their care in the future.
