I have rented from this business numerous times over the last 6 years, and I have had nothing but great experiences. Trenchers, mini-excavators, wood chippers, etc. On one occasion I requested and received a maintenance visit to to my home to check out a hydraulic leak on a Sunday. Every person I have dealt with has been professional and very helpful. The owner is in my opinion a person of high standards and a very fair-minded and courteous business operator. We have done business with Howe Rents for decades. The service is always friendly and the equipment top notch! Thats why we rent tools from Howes' for night work and out-of-town jobs right here in Ogden. We know we can rely on them.
Howe Rents has the best price for backhoe rentals in town and I have rented from them several times. Their customer service is great and they have always treated me well even though I use ever minute of rental time and am often returning equipment late. I have always let them fuel up the backhoe after use because their fuel charges are very fair. I HAVE RENTED A BOBCAT AND A BACKHOE FROM THEM. THE EQUIPMENT WAS GOOD BUT THEY RIPPED ME OFF ON THE BACKHOE. I FILLED UP THE PIECE EQUIPMENT WITH DIESEL FUEL, AND WHEN I RETURNED THEY TOLD ME THEY PUT THREE GALLONS IN IT AND THEIR PRICE FOR FUEL IS NOT CHEAP. I WILL NOT RENT FROM THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THEIR DISHONEST WAY TO MAKE AN EXTRA BUCK OFF ME
