Kelly and Richard have been great to us during our 4+ year stay. They've been accommodating, prompt about repairs, and transparent with inquiries. If you have questions or concerns, don't hesitate to bring it up! Great owners and highly recommend.
My husband and I lived here for two years, and really enjoyed our time. They do a great job keeping the apartment clean and updated. Kelly is approachable and responds quickly when contacted. If there were any issues they fixed them promptly. For example, our oven stopped heating well, and Kelly replaced the oven. The neighbors who live in the complex are kind and easy to live by. We highly recommend this rental property.
Howe Property Group has been awesome to work with; extremely helpful throughout the whole renting experience, very organized, and if any issue has occurred it has been taken care of in a timely manner! Everything was clean and well maintained upon moving in as well. I would absolutely recommend renting through them if you’re looking for a place!

Howe Property Group is by far the most efficient property management I have ever encountered. The rental process was handled with integrity and in a timely manner, and I never once had to wait for a response, regardless of the issue. The apartment was extremely clean, up-to-date, and well-kept, with attention given to the smallest details. Expectations of renters are reasonable, and guarantee a quiet, safe, and orderly environment. I was extremely pleased with the entire rental experience and found no negatives whatsoever.
