I worked for this company for 10 years and managed Aspen Heights in Tacoma. I will tell you not only were they fair and helped you obtain whatever it was you needed to perform your job duties. They always treated my concerns with the upmost interest and were good to their tenants. I felt the need to do a review after reading the negative remarks above from an ex employee. This was a crazy company. I was working with them a month. In that time I did a big turn of their smallest complex in University Place,WA. Upper management was so disconnected with what was happening. In 1 month of time I filled 4 yarder dumpsters with garbage. From right onsite. From garage, backyard, front side of complex, to side yard and etc.I made repairs from things left in the poorest conditions in clients apartments since the following year. Worked for this company for close to four years. I hurt my back and was fired three days later. The owner, Tyler Howe, stated that as per Washington State law he didn't wish to give us a reason. This company, who hired us as "family" tried to dispute my injury AFTER ORDERING me to move construction materials. Tyler Howe expected us to contribue our own resources as a "family" employee.
