Shane installed a hot water heater. He was on time and very professional. The work that he did was excellent. This is our first experience with Howe Heating & Plumbing. I would highly recommend this company.
Troy Sauers went above and beyond to fix the water line in my refrigerator. He went to go and get and replace the part so my ice/water would work for thanksgiving.

Horrible business, unethical, and dishonest. I was charged for over 2.5 hours of labor when the tech was at our property for 56 minutes. I was not told what repairs he made; only the total amount and "need credit card". He sat in the van with my card for 15 minutes (which apparently I was also charged for). I did not receive a receipt or any kind of explanation regarding the work. Had to email customer service to even see my bill. Terrible. The company has been made aware of the issue, yet has done nothing to resolve.
Had an issue - called and had a tech at my door within 20 minutes! Wonderful service!!
