I love my Dr. Michael!
I found the dental services to be mediocre and the staff to be totally incompetent. Furthermore, I now understand why patients are asked to provide reviews on their first visit in exchange for a prize gift basket entry, as the actual quality of service does not speak for itself. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve your patient care and professional standards.
