I went there with my class ces it was amazing but the gift shop was extremely expensive but I still loved it there

such a great experience for my granddaughters!
the tour is just ok but I wouldn't come here again. I find it rather tacky to charge for parking. our tour guide didn't look any older than 10 and you couldn't hear him very well. you should also offer a family line and an adults only line so others don't have to listen to a bunch of snot nosed brats that are loud, obnoxious and don't listen.

Absolutely amazing! Tour guide was very knowledgeable and very patient. She definitely loved her job! I recommend stopping here for a experience to be remembered 💕
Awesome to experience once in your life
Our tour guide on 7/26 was Caleb. Super funny (at least I enjoyed his corny jokes). He did a great job. It was our first time there. Side note--my son lost a blue bracelet that says #zachstrong with a cancer ribbon on it. I'm guessing it's probably in the parking lot...or somewhere between the lobby and parking lot. He's heartbroken that he lost this bracelet, as it's in support of his good friend that's fighting cancer currently. If anyone finds it, please contact me.
