My family had a wonderful experience!! The tour is cold please make sure your children are bundled up! Lol
It was a wonderful place to explore. Family friendly. Went with our 2 and 4 year old and they loved it. Staff was friendly and professional. Recommend wearing long pants and a good thick sweatshirt so you are comfortable. Especially for the kiddos.
Very fun time experiencing the wonders of an underground caverns!! Wish there was more cavern to explore and see as it was a great time! Definitely worth the trip and money 👍
The tour is a must, our guide, Emma was excellent. We ate in the cafe and the food and service was brilliant. The range of gifts was good and the prices fair. But you must try the cheese and the fudge in the sweet shop, both are to die for
The tour was great, nothing like you can see anywhere else, and it was very interactive. However; I was really disappointed that we asked for a picture, had our picture taken in the caverns and, when we went to buy it, found that they didn’t make sure my son was looking. This was my children’s first trip here and we didn’t even get a family photo out of it.
Awesome experience the kids loved the tour as well and it was not overwhelming for them. Great trip for the family
