I had a really positive experience here. The online scheduling was super easy and when I dropped off my car, Brian helped me get checked in and was fully honest with how much time he thought it would take so I was able to run around town while getting text updates from him.
Express service closed. 15 min wait for advisor at 7:40 am. 4 hour estimated wait for oil change at express lube....not what it used to be...
I'm not sure what’s the point of an appointment. I booked one for an engine diagnostic, and when I showed up, I was told it would take 24 hours. If that's the case, they should just be a walk-in shop. It feels like they overbook or just don't have their process figured out. There was a lot of mixed messaging while I was there. My service advisor, Ryan, was helpful. After I asked several times, he finally got the technicians to prioritize my car and I got my report in about three hours, which was better. My service advisor Robert Temple was extremely helpful and communicative when I came to get my car serviced and a recall taken care of. He let me know around how long the service would take, and arranged an Uber so I didn't have to wait at the dealership. Definitely recommend.
