If I could give a 0 I would. This company has proven to be dishonest and unethical. I was the seller and Howdy home inspector was wrong about numerous items. Because we had already moved out of town, we had to reduce our home by $ 2, 000. When we arrived back to Charlotte to close the items we NOT in need of repair for our 2-year-old home!
