Very poor customer service. We drove an hour to look at a truck and he was rude and told us that we couldn't test drive at that moment because he had another customer coming and he didn't have time for us. We said we would be back and when we returned within business hours, he was not there. Open signs were on and sign said be right back with a number to call him. We called and text his number and my phone showed me that he read the messages, but he ignored them and never responded. Just left us standing in his lot waiting f... read more

After reading the reviews, I was very hesitant to go look at a car here. But it was the car I’ve been waiting to pop up on the marketplace for months, a 2000’s Buick with low mileage for a fair price. Was going into it expecting the car to not be in as good of shape as it seemed. But Howard let me test ride it and bring it to a shop for a pre paid purchase inspection and everything was in good enough running order for me to buy. He was never rude to me and there was mutual respect between the two of us throughout the ordeal.... read more
