Midway Appliance is an awesome place to shop! Midway is the only place I would shop for appliances, and televisions. I have purchased two large screen Mitsubishi televisions and bought the extended warranties. They were wonderful when I needed service. I have also had them service my oven and was very pleased with their knowledge and excellent care of my things. They did my Cabinets, quartz counter tops, flooring, all new kitchen appliances, new living room furniture, and new bedroom furniture. They even came out to my to measure for everything for free. . bad service and disatisfied customer We purchased a washer and dryer for 16,000 dollars they dryer broke one month later and now they refuse to help us fix or replace even though we purchsed the warrenty of 180.00 dollars. The Tech. took a defective part of the floor model and put it on our dryer now it will not even turn on. Manager James Lowery is calling us a liar and saying we cancelled transaction today, we need a new dryer! Why would we cancell. We will never purchase anything form these people again! Shopaholic I have been shopping at Midway for years and I really enjoy the atmosphere everytime i go over there.. I purchased my refrigerator there so when ever i need a filter i can just walk in and their service dept can look me up and give me just what im looking for. I have always gotten great deals, and i purchased the warranty as well and when ever i have a problem they come out and fix it. The Sales people are so nice as well, they answered all of my questions. They were great.

a great place to shop I love this store. They have a huge inventory with many up to date appliances. They have a full working kitchen that is both beautiful and functional. They have a scatch and dent section where you can get appliances at a fraction of the cost. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. You can buy so much from this one store.
