Great prices, not so good service. We always buy our major appliances from Howards. We have found the cheapest prices here. Recently we bought our stove from Howards. The only concern I have is they promised to send us the manual that comes with the new stove but never did. We returned to ask about this and they told us to just look it up on the internet. I have not been able to find the instructions which is a shame because we dont know how to use all of its features. Still, you cant beat the prices at Howards.
HORRIBLE SERVICE FEB 10, 2012 We have purchased numerous items from Howards. THE REPAIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. WE HAVE A MAYTAG 5000 DRYER LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD. COST OVER $1000.00. This dryer has been out since Jan 23, 2012. Over 2 1/2 weeks. Still waiting for parts??? Come on. I have made numerous calls and they claim they will check on status and call me. Still waiting for a call from them. We have to go to a laundrymat everyday after work. Besides costing us time, we have spent an average of $10.00 per day for 17 days. $17... read more
