Called twice, never returned my calls. Have not used their services.
Howard came out and was honest about our trees. His crew did exactly what he said they would. We only wish we had called him sooner. These men know trees and are very good at communicating what we have to do to protect them. Thanks learned a lot.
Howard's Tree Service has taken care of my trees for over a year. If I ever have a question I call him and he has always treated me with kindness and respect.
Set up an appointment to get a quote on my trees to be trimmed up and drove all the way back home to meet for this appointment and he was a no call no show extremely unprofessional I suggest going with a different company
I called to get information on having a large, dead tree cut down to about 10 feet above ground, (I am going to have the trunk carved) Howard seemed nice enough but not very interested in doing the job. He explained how busy he was and reasons why I shouldn't have the trunk carved. He agreed to give me an estimate and scheduled an appointment to come by but he never showed up. No call, no show.
