Well let's start with... They don't know what they sell or selling. We drive 5 hours to buy 2 jetskis thinking they are 2015 model. We arrive they haven't even started them, they were unaware if they even ran (given these are used), they have to replace the battery due to them being bad. After checking over these jetskis, I figure out they are 2014 models. They refused to meet market price after us being lied to about what year they were made. Been a customer of Howards for many years. Bought several new items from them mostly in the Jet Ski line. Get my parts from them at or below the coast at other dealers in the Nashville area. Been a while since I had to use the service but they were very helpful with a ski that was sent here from California to do an event that next week, then help me ship it back out West. Brent Clark and his staff are very friendly and will try to deal with you for what ever you are wanting in the Yamaha Wave Runner products. Great selection... read more
Had an absolutely wonderful buying experience with Jeremy at Howard's. Never get pressured into anything I didn't want. Over the 2 weeks of deciding which model to buy, he was there to answer the many questions I had. He's followed up with additional questions after my purchase. Because of him and how nice him and the GM were, I'll definitely be back when I get ready for my next one in a few years, wether I trade or make an additional purchase!
