Cheap, relatively close to everything. The biggest problem is in the landlords. They couldn’t seem to decide on any form of consistency with their residents, and maybe they just particularly disliked us. The trailer was gross, as you might expect, when we moved in. Lived here for a few months while attending Eastern Arizona College. Fantastic place to live. Really awesome landlords too. The apartments were very nice and quite spacious. The rent while I was there was very reasonable and easily split between the 4 of us that lived there. It was only a 5 minute walk from the school as well as lots of other places in Thatcher. Loved it!!
Best place to live in college. You'll meet tons of people living here because you'll be surrounded by college students. Pretty nice clean apartments. Just don't expect your deposit back even if you leave the apartment spotless.
Went to purchase furniture from a moving tenant. Apartments were very nice and quite spacious. The tenant also mentioned that rent was very affordable.
