My experience with JOHN CHAO, governor JULLIE GRAY the owners of Howards Automotive, and Juan Rosas now owning business name Howards JR Automotive has been the worst nightmare one could imagine. I took my vehicle into their shop in early July 2020, it was making lifter noise. I had become friends with Juan, and even though he had vehicles there that had been there almost a year for repairs, he promised me that he would fix my vehicle quickly. My car broke down nearby, and Juan took very good care of us. His office staff was also friendly, professional, and understanding. I will definitely do business with them again.
