Before I went to Howards Grove Chiropractic I was actually skeptical and a bit afraid of chiropractic care. However, from the front desk staff to the doctors, I have always felt cared for, comfortable, and super happy with the services I have received. As a business owner myself , I am really sensitive to how people are treated, and the staff certainly deluvers great quality care. My entire family now sees the doctors there, as I trust everyone at Howards Grove Chiropractic to deliver the best care for my family!
I was referred to Howard’s Grove Chiropractor from a local family physician. I was eager to start my care with Dr. Nick as I had heard such wonderful things about him. Unfortunately, I will not be going to this facility. Firstly, the older lady who answered the phone last week appeared extremely annoyed with my questions, as if I was some sort of inconvenience to her. I have seen a number of chiropractors over the years with all of them leaving me worse off than I started with. I was referred to Dr. Wendy and she has literally changed my life. She is attentive to what I had to say and what I was struggling with, allowing me to be the advocate of what I wanted her to try and not to try. Not bad if you like waiting. First appointment I sat in a roo. For a total of 45 minutes without a doctor or aid in the room. 2nd apt I was brought into a room and proceeded to stare at my phone for 25 minute before being seen.
We have been using the services of Howards Grove Chiropractic for over 25 years. I give them my highest recommendation! Once a young skeptic of chiropractors, I have found them to be totally trustworthy and don't know what I would have done without their services through the years for me and my family. Dr. Wendy is an amazing health care professional.
