Aweful experiences!!! They kept giving me the round around about a car for 2 and half weeks straight ! Donya promised a a price and to get a necessity fixed on a car before selling it then kept tying to get me to buy the car with the necessity not fixed for full price! I think race had a HUGE part of it, over the phone she was ready to sell it but when I came in she looked me me in a weird way! Stay far away from the racist, crooked people!
I bought a 2015 ford fusion about 3 years ago, i wasn't told that the vehicle was in a reported accident, here I am today at gates of elkhart & they tell me that there was a accident in the car. 3 years later I'm finding out about this, no wonder my front end looks different then the other ford fusions. very disappointed in Howard's auto sales
Courtney was great showing me the car, she is knowledgeable about the features of the car and very patient with me and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond by calling me and even came to look at the car when I was not sure what the problem was and Howard Auto Sales Lincoln Way paid for the cost of repairs.
