Be wary of Howardaire services. My home warranty company sent them to fix my hvac unit. The diagnosis was there was a leak in the line set. I don’t think they even looked at the notes of the diagnosis because they were at my house for 4-5 hrs trying to find the leak. They took out some part that wasn’t even on the diagnosis notes and said hopefully they fixed it. They didn’t. They came back out weeks later and said the evaporator coil was leaking. HowardAire did an excellent job on our project! From start to finish, they were professional, timely, and very communicative, keeping us updated at every step. Their team showed up exactly when they said they would and worked efficiently without cutting corners. The quality of their work speaks for itself—we could tell they take pride in doing things right. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, reliability, and customer care so well.
Overall it was a great experience, and I have total confidence in the information and service that was provided.
As usual, the Technician arrived on time, checked the thermostat and did the maintenance work on the furnace efficiently. He was courteous & polite and answered the questions I proposed in language I understood. He moved any old materials that hindered his working area and worked on the furnace. After he finished, he gathered his tools and replaced the items that were moved in the work area as it was before he started work.
