Only giving one star because the ability to give 0 is not an option. It’s 18 degrees inside and I have been calling this company since Dec 5th to fix my mom’s HVAC . They either so not answer the phone or do not respond to texts . I finally talked to the RUDEST person today and they basically did not care that we have been without adequate heating since winter began. Told me to complain to whoever I felt fitting. We were pleased that Howardaire could get us on the schedule on short notice. Brian, the technician, communicated well and fixed our heating problem quickly. He explained everything he was doing. They charged a fair price with full transparency. We’ll be sure to use them again in the future.
HowardAire provided expert attention to my heating issue with a quick response and had the system running within a very short time of arrival. Additionally, they performed diagnostic testing on both the outdoor unit as well as the indoor unit verifying the operational worthiness of the unit!
We had a terrible time dealing with our home insurance doing their job, but once we got that straight , Howardaire was on it!!! Marcus was great to deal with! He had his guys come out and replace our whole unit in a few hours , updated our wiring and thermostat, everything they installed looks great!
Be wary of Howardaire services. My home warranty company sent them to fix my hvac unit. The diagnosis was there was a leak in the line set. I don’t think they even looked at the notes of the diagnosis because they were at my house for 4-5 hrs trying to find the leak. They took out some part that wasn’t even on the diagnosis notes and said hopefully they fixed it. They didn’t. They came back out weeks later and said the evaporator coil was leaking.
