After my old HVAC system died, HowardAire was recommended to service the unit. They explained the issues and the cost for repair. The team at HowardAire replaced an 18 year old heat pump. The technicians arrived on time, were very friendly and professional. They completed the removal and new installation in record time. I am very pleased with the new Trane heat pump that they installed. I highly recomend them for all of your HVAC needs.
Only giving one star because the ability to give 0 is not an option. It’s 18 degrees inside and I have been calling this company since Dec 5th to fix my mom’s HVAC . They either so not answer the phone or do not respond to texts . I finally talked to the RUDEST person today and they basically did not care that we have been without adequate heating since winter began. Told me to complain to whoever I felt fitting.
