Dr Zippen saved my life. I was referred to him by my family doctor because I fallen and hit my head. When I went to the Emergency Room they told me that the bones in my head were thin; they thought I might have bone cancer. I saw Dr Zippen and he had an array of blood work done. It turned out l didn't have any type of cancer; but l did have an illness that left untreated could cause me to have a heart attack or strock. His staff, especially the billing & blood work depts go above and beyond
Dr Zipin is very thorough, kind and professional. He listens carefully to my questions and concerns. He respects my philosophy and perspective on my treatment. A great doctor!!!
I'm sure Dr. Zipin is great with some patients, but I was far from impressed. I know quite a bit medically and I felt talked down to. He said he reviewed my tests prior to my first visit, but did not know blood count numbers changed from week prior. Blew off all my other doctors' concerns and minimized some serious health concerns [I'm pregnant and concern of bleeding out was answered with "just get a transfusion"]. Maybe better with males, but not best for pregnant women.

This man is a disgrace to the profession. He is rude and unprofessional. I am the health care decision maker for a woman with a disability. This man refused to treat her disease because he didn't feel it was appropriate due to her disability. His communication is poor and the treatment we all received from the "doctor" was the worst in my experience as a decision maker.
