First of all, the check in experience and Nurse Nick were both excellent. My issue is with Dr. Ancha. I made it clear to Dr. Ancha that I wanted to know how much the treatment would cost and to please give me a simpler treatment so that it was cheaper. He assured me that lidocane and stitches are normal treatments and would be covered no problem, but never told me the cost of anything.
