The ER staff is really hot or miss, I will say the recently added ER Dr staff is better than the ones that have been there for a few years.

I went in for an Urgent Care visit and everyone I dealt with was on the ball and I got prompt care. I was having some trouble outside my visit that had to do with getting transportation home - a long trip and we were in the thick of winter storms. Dealing with the bureaucracy of my medical rides transport triggered a situation for me where brain damage causes me to lose all ability to communicate verbally. Dr Patel was rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. He refused to treat my crisis level blood pressure then lied about it in my medical records. Howard Young covered it up even though I had photographic images to the contrary. Patient relations is a joke and so was the bogus letter I received by the person claiming to be a "medical director". They refuse to give me license numbers or contact info to file a formal report, which in itself is illegal. Bravo Howard Young! Here's to patient care at its best!

Exceptional staff. Took my wife through the ER numerous times while she was dying as a result from Alzheimer's. They always treated her with kindness and dignity.
