A really good dentist! Have my braces here and I'm totally satisfied with the result. Come in when you consider to put on braces!
I had my braces done by Dr. Chen. Dr. Chen is a very nice man but unfortunately the treatment he gave me and overall service wasn't very good. First, the office was very crowded with patients, in the waiting room and inside the treatment room. There's no private room, you lie on a chair and can see 3 other chairs next to you with patients there waiting for the dr as well. You can see the dr. working on that patient next to you. He does all the work by himself, he is very efficient, skillfull and responsive. The only negative is the wait time.
He is very busy and has little time with patient, but does a good job with producing results.
He completely did my teeth horribly. It took two and a half years for results that ended with a slight crossbite and teeth that didn't have the natural overbite. Although his prices are more reasonable, you get what you pay for!
Price is reasonable. However, it was horrible to wait 30 - 40 min later than your appointment time for him to check your teeth. Ten or more patients are usually in the waiting room and around six patients wait inside the office area. It took forever for him to get to you.
Very experienced Orthodontist, reasonable price and knowledgeable staff.
