My care was excellent but their billing department is a problem. I paid a bill received before I realized my insurance company had also paid it. Howard seems to be very slow in showing insurance payments on any billing. Since insurance is going to pay everything I decided to dispute my payment with the credit card company and see if I can get my money back before waiting an indeterminate amount of time to see if Howard finally realizes they owe me money.
I was involved in a hit and run, rushed to the hospital and they had me in the Fast Track section for HOURS waiting. No pain meds, nothing. Whatever nurse it was that was calling the names came off like she had an attitude. The patients being ignored, as well. Do not come here for care. Honestly needs to be shut down.
