I need to make a formal public apology to Dr. Smith and his staff, as it turns out I was not thinking clear due to my pain, and did not give Dr. Smith the opportunity to help me. I was not aware of the governments / insurance protocol.
I somewhat picked Dr.Smith at random, as he is a participating physician with my insurance. And I think I won the Lottery !!! He’s a great doctor, personable and my surgery today couldn’t have gone better. Thank You
