I disagree with SATX123. My husband and I are first time home buyers. Us being prior military and coming to a new city Mr. Shelf made the process so easy for us. He was honest and always had our best interests at heart. He helped us find the perfect neighborhood with good schools for our daughter to attend. Mr. Shelf is awesome!! As a true subject matter expert and veteran of the Real Estate industry, he was able to coach and hold my hand through the purchase of my home. From explaining where the best place to buy was, when the best time to purchase a home was, and explaining the benefits of homeownership his assistance is unmatched and remarkable. Stay far, far away. They are by far the most unprofessional realtors I've ever dealt with. The employees are rude and unprofessional and they don't follow through on details. The owner uses his employees as scapegoats for his own incompetence. I've never had so much trouble with a realtor, actually I've never had so much trouble with anyone that I was trying to do business with. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them zero. Save yourself major pain and go elsewhere.
