I have been seeing Dr Berlin once a year for several years and he always remembers me. Dr Berlin listens to my concerns and answers questions in a way I fully understand. I am very pleased with the care I'm receiving from Dr Berlin and recommend him with confidence.
The doctor is fine, and I know more about my eye condition, but the office is not competent. My medical history was not visible to the tech who did the initial part of the visit. When I mentioned all the answers to the questions he asked were in my online profile, which I had filled out 6 months ago, he claimed he didn't see them and didn't understand the internet, and that was for the IT guys.
