I scheduled an appointment for a bruised toe, they told me all I needed was my insurance card. When I got there, they told me I also needed a referral from a primary care provider or I would have to pay the whole amount if my insurance didn't cover it, and as we all know, insurers hate to cover anything. It would have been nice if they told me that I needed to get the referral before I made the appointment. It would have been nicer if they weren't rude when I got there for the appointment. I have lived and worked in the Nashua area for over 15 years. After researching doctors in the area to help me with my bunion pain, I chose Dr. Wagenberg to perform my surgery. What a great choice! I am 5 months post-op and my bunion pain is completely gone. I have full function of my toe and can walk, run and jump with no pain. I just got back from Barcelona, Spain, where I walked and climbed hills and stairs every day, putting an average of 7 miles per day on my pedometer (and about 2 liters of sangria in my stomach, too).... read more
