limited opportunity’s to move up and learn new skills in the job with very little to none supervised training from management. Having to learn yourself or have fellow employees help you that are more verse and positive about the job and skill. Practice makes perfect except when you don’t know what your doing.
As an employee of Howard glass I have to say this is the best job I've ever had. The management is top notch and the products we make are always done with precision and care.
