Came in with a low assessment. When I attempted to do a Reconsideration of Value by pointing out a few items with my home that were missed as well as providing better alternatives they would not budge from their assessment. I had an assessment done 5 months ago and this assessment was $50k under that one. My three bedroom home was also compared to a 2 bedroom home. Thank You
