I would not recommend Howard Roofing based on my experience with my roof replacement project. The project was through an insurance claim, and the original scope of work included installing drip edge around the entire perimeter of the house and bringing the roof up to code. After the roofing project was compete, I became concerned that the work being completed did not match what was written in the contract, and my concerns were correct because they did not install drip on the entire paremeter of the house, only on the lower e... read more
Not related to roofing, but I sat next to the owner of this company on a plane the other day. We had a great conversation because I was wearing my buddies roofing companies shirt. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate standing up for what’s right, and America! This guy proved to me that he does too. Mr Howard is a super guy and I would do business with him any day of the week.
We had Howard Roofing change our roof in ‘24. Recently after really high winds we noticed a shingle missing (understandable) and another that was not laying flat. An email with a photo asking about it and within 2 days someone was out to take a look and correct. Great service. The last time was Cedrick who took pictures while he was up on the roof and reviewed them with me before leaving. No issues with the original install. Great customer service after the fact. Impressive.
