I found a room in a flat they manage through one of their employees. When I moved out, the landlord did not return the deposit to me or my former flatmates. Although I contacted them several times asking for help, they did not get back to me and were not helpful or supportive at all.

From the moment we reached regarding a rental property the communication with Howard was world class. There was never a moment where we felt unsure of where we were at during the application process. This has been by far the most amazing experience renting a house and will be using Howard as a property manager as we add to our real estate portfolio.
