Horrible landlords. They will not fix anything on their homes. They do not communicate with tenants. I would never regret anyone to this company! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
Money hungry landlord who charges extremely high prices for rent over$1400 a month while they drive around in their expensive cars and don't fix their houses. The excuse is bc their property taxes went up. They charging rents like up North prices. High Point, North Carolina or North Carolina is NOT paying enough wages to pay high rents and not enough to feed your expensive pockets!!
