Terrible service. Very rude!! I asked to not use old style xray films and they took me as a patient. The first time, they did an individual xrays. I asked again to use that method and was told “that I needed to get over it”. Just went today for cleaning. Was also told I needed to do X-rays and I asked for the way they previously did and was treated horribly!! I left and called another dentist that has digital X-rays. Thank goodness for real dentists in this town!! Do not waste your time!! Awful people!!

The office manager is awful. I don’t understand how he has worked there for so long. The dentist I hear is fantastic, but I’ll never get passed this rude mini boss that protects him. I’ve worked in the medical field for 15 years and have never encountered an office manager that treats people like garbage. I do not recommend this place.
The officer manager is not an understanding person. We had two emergencies and had to miss two appointments in a row, the first time for sickness and the second due to a financial emergency. They officially blocked us from ever coming in to see the dentist despite it being urgent. I never experienced that before with any medical establishment. I had my quarterly cleaning this afternoon with Jose, who was great, as usual. As I processed to checkout, I gave my new insurance card to the young man at the front desk who passed it to the office manager, behind him. The office manager, whose name is not worth putting in print attempted to school or try to reprimand me for not informing the office of my change in insurance.
