I would have rate a 0 but it was not available. Barbara Polster and Laura Howard of Howard Properties were highly unprofessional and extremely self-serving. Barbara brought me into to two situations that, as a realtor, she should have been looking out for my best interest, but did not. For example, she left for 10 days on vacation in the middle of my first contract negotiation and left me with her partner, Laura, who knew nothing about the contract and did not even bother to meet me or my husband.
