Pretty frustrating service experience. I was notified at 12:10 that my car was ready, arrived and paid by 12:29, and was then told it would take “5 minutes” for a wash. After waiting over 20 minutes with no update, I had to leave without the car being finished. Not respectful of customers’ time and very misleading communication about when a vehicle is actually ready.
