Dr Richmond was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. He always has a very positive attitude and a great bedside manner. Answered all my questions and explained the recovery process to a tee.
He doesn't even bother returning his patients phone calls and the women, at the font desk, are rude. How sad, that civilians, think that it's ok to treat people badly.
