Dr. Braver is a Plumonary doctor. Usually you are taken at your appointment time, but today was very busy for my breathing test and I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. My test was done and the Technician was very apologetic, courteous and professional.
I am a patient of NP Leyla Punzalan aka Vanessa as we call her at the office of Dr. Howard Braver. Five stars is not enough for the outstanding care and dedication to her profession.. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this doctor’s office. From the start, I felt like I was treated with a lack of curiosity and basic respect. Instead of taking the time to listen and understand my concerns, the staff seemed dismissive and uninterested in what I had to say. What was even more upsetting was that others in the office were allowed to speak to me in a disrespectful manner, and no one stepped in to address it. Dr.Braver is a great doctor I only wish they improve with schudule apt.I do not know why they act like it hard to schudele someone with dr.Braver they be try to get u to see some one else I know for a fact if it a emergency they can squeezed u in just had some one name yas call me and try to confuse my apt time to came in
I had appointment with Dr Howard Braver on November 5th , 2035. I am his patient since 2014,now I reach the age of 80 and I am doing well rigarding health do to his care and following his advice. Dr. Braver is professional and good listener. He always ask if the stuff treat me well. No complain about stuff, they are doing their job well and respectfully.
