Dr. Braver is a Plumonary doctor. Usually you are taken at your appointment time, but today was very busy for my breathing test and I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. My test was done and the Technician was very apologetic, courteous and professional.
I am a patient of NP Leyla Punzalan aka Vanessa as we call her at the office of Dr. Howard Braver. Five stars is not enough for the outstanding care and dedication to her profession.. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this doctor’s office. From the start, I felt like I was treated with a lack of curiosity and basic respect. Instead of taking the time to listen and understand my concerns, the staff seemed dismissive and uninterested in what I had to say. What was even more upsetting was that others in the office were allowed to speak to me in a disrespectful manner, and no one stepped in to address it.
