Dr Howard Louis is an amazing doctor with 30 years of experience. He does not need anymore business from Google maps or any referrals as he is already fully occupied with the clients he has. I am here to write him a good review from my experience and do not want anyone to bad mouth this practice. The secretary in front is doing her job and she is very nice too. It is so busy in there, there is no time for them to relax. They have to turn away clients because there isn’t enough time.
I agree with s cheung. The receptionist is rude and condescending to patients. She specifically requested to arrive early and on time at 330pm. Since I was a new patient, after 20 mins I asked how long the wait was since they closed at 4pm. She sneered that you only waited so only 15 mins as others wait hours. I asked if the appropriate wait time was 1 hour now. She gave me a face and shrugged her shoulders. I respected their time and they had no respect for mine. I had to leave because of her. This is the first post I ever made but have to give it to DR. Howard. You might have to wait a long time to see him but he is worth it. I went to another podiatrist and they did a temporary fix that lasted a week! After seeing Dr. Howard I was good for six months and later he discovered I have a heel spur but the pain with proper management went away. Also my mom is a patient she raves about him being the only doctor who explains her reports to her and what to worry about! Highly recommend.
