This doctor is focused on making money. I had high blood pressure and when we found one which controlled my problem, she refused to provide refillable 90 day prescriptions which would have allowed me (I do not have insurance) to economically control my blood pressure. Yet she would not provide me with a refillable prescritption and demand that I undergo the out of pocket expenses of seeing her each time I need to refill a prescription. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

Sure Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
