I worked with Cassie Hutton to probate the will of my stepmother. Cassie was professional, hard working and knowledgeable. She answered all questions promptly and with great attention to detail. Cassie was extremely knowledgeable of probate law in Oregon. She has a calm and friendly demeanor which made the process very smooth and easy to bear. I would highly recommend Cassie for assistance with probating a will.
The legal advice was fine, but the nickel and diming is absolutely ridicules. I feel extremely stuck because they charge FOR EVERYTHING. The date on my documents is wrong, but I am afraid to ask them, because I will be billed. I simply emailed them asking for my final documents and was billed for them to send me the documents I paid for them to prepare for me, AND to correct their mistake on. Howard Law Group, specifically Jarrod Howard and Cassie Hutton, got me through the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. After my loved one passed away without a will in place, Jarrod and Cassie expertly guided me through the process of filing a probate petition and everything that comes along with that. It was a long and arduous process that I could never have handled alone. They are the team you want in your side at a time like that.
