The lady at the front desk seemed annoyed by my call for help and honestly heartless. Once she heard the citations I received I could just hear the disapproval and uncaring tone in her voice. Once she told me how much it would be for their help, and I said okay thank you, she didn’t even say good bye. Just a simple “mmhm” and hung up before I could say anything else.
